My son is four years old and has been diagnosed with “High Functioning Autism.” What exactly does that mean? and please dumb it down for me cause I don’t understand medical terminology…even though I’m a Pharmacy Technician. Also, my son was born with extreme hearing difficulties, he has 75% hearing loss in his right ear and is slowing losing hearing in his left, how do I incorporate Autism with Sign Language and partial deafness? Its funny cause I sit hear writing this paragraph of stressful inquisitions while my handsome baby boy stands next to me telling me over and over again “I happy.”

I would like to know what the Districts are responsible for because my child has a SOCIAL deficit and I see them jumping over the moon for medical purposes but then Stepping on my child constantly and his rights. They actually TOLD me they would not include him in a Social Group with his Peer because he’s not TYPICAL. I would like to sue/spank them good and hard and pave the way for our kids to be included. Can we sue them Civilly? They’ve discriminated long enough and I’m ready to TAKE ACTION to make them pay through the nose. It’s been 4 years of court for basic right issues and I’m done.
